Occasionally, people living in their own home do not require regular care calls but would like the assurance that help is at hand when needed.

The alarm service, known as Lifeline, provides peace of mind for people who would like to feel more secure in their own homes. It is a 24-hour, 365-day monitoring service linked to a discreet pendant worn by you, giving you the freedom to live your life independently knowing that you can obtain assistance when you need it.

It’s a quick and simple way of summoning help should you have an accident or emergency in your home or garden. You may be unable to get to the phone, for instance, after a fall, or because of an intruder. You can activate your pendant, speak to a Lifeline operator, who will in turn call for medical backup or initiate an emergency visit from our trained carers, whatever time of day or night.

We can provide this response service if you already have a lifeline pendant, or we can arrange for your local Lifeline supplier to provide the telephone equipment and pendant to link in with our response services.
