Gender Pay Gap

Care at Home Services is committed to being a fair and diverse employer and welcomes the transparency brought by the new gender pay regulations. As of 5th April 2023, we employed 536 people, 13.25% male and 86.75% female, reflecting the typical gender mix in the domiciliary care sector. Most of our staff are paid hourly, with rates varying by location, while salaried staff are compensated based on their roles. Our gender pay gap analysis shows that the mean pay for men is 2.65% higher than for women, whereas the median income for men is 1.52% lower than for women. We remain dedicated to enabling all employees, regardless of gender, race, background, or any other characteristic, to reach their full potential.
